This item is being sold as almost unused, having only been touched during setup, because it was not compatible with the SIM card from Au's Tablet Share Plan Ds. Reset to factory settings.
It's a global version, but it operated in Japanese from the start, so I don't think there were any particular problems.
All accessories are included, but the outer bag and the cloth that wrapped the main unit have been cut.
